General FAQ and Troubleshooting:
- If you're having trouble with SMS or voicemail, make sure that you have @gmail.com at the end of your username in the config.
- Do you have a Google Voice account? You must already have a GV account before the software is of any use to you.
- You won't see your SMS messages in the SMS view until they are fetched. It may take a few.
- If it's been more than 15 days since you started your trial and now SMS and VisVM aren't working anymore, it's probably time to by a license.
- Are you running the right system? Check the system requirements HERE
- You have to have your phone already registered on Google Voice site under Settings->Phones.
- If you are on the latest version and are getting "Network error", make sure you have a data connection, your phone is registered on the GV site, and click the "Clear cookies" button on the bottom of the "Config" screen.
- This software is a service as well as a package. You abuse it and you will lose it, per Google's terms of service for Google Voice.
- If all else fails, email support.
